Minerva includes over seventy standard reports and if our reports don't contain all of the information you need simply let us know and we'll design you a custom report. The Minerva database system is built on our proprietary cloud-based information platform. This enables our users to securely connect to Minerva from anywhere they have internet access.
Minerva is PCI compliant so your data is encrypted and protected from the outside by sophisticated firewalls and intrusion detection systems. We take care of all system updates and software upgrades so you don't need to, and so the security levels of the system are always at top form.
Physical security at Minerva features card access control systems for restricted access to the facility and, for specified personnel, to the PCI compliant production and server storage areas. In addition to this security, our off-site centre also includes restricted access to personnel, card access and iris scanning and is fully equipped with redundant power supplied via diesel generators in the event of a large-scale blackout.
We have round the clock 24-hour monitoring of our hardware and software. All databases are backed up daily to remote locations, and taken off-site for safekeeping.
