IMS Service Level Agreement (SLA)
At IMS, we are cognizant of the fact that we are a "Mission Critical" component in the day-to-day
operation of your organization and as such recognize the need to establish a Service Level
Agreement (SLA) with respect to timely and accurate handling, processing and reporting on the
donations received and on the data quality of the donors in your database. While some organizations
merely pay lip service to the requirements, we are willing to enter into a confirmed SLA agreement
with you to ensure that we play a committed role in the partnership that we are entering into.
Once the documents are forwarded to IMS, we will data capture these donations within 3 to 4 days of
receipt of the response. A weekly electronic file transfer will process all one-time, first-time
and reoccurring Pre-Authorized credit card and/or direct withdrawal donations. Cheque deposit
slips will be completed and stored at IMS. IMS will make weekly local bank deposits. In addition,
IMS will provide a turnaround time of no more than 5 days for all standard list or data pull requests.
